Currently, the City is limited to 12 on-sale <br />liquor licenses, per state statute requirements, but the City can option for additional <br />licenses through a special election. <br /> Moved by Councilmember Hicks, seconded by Councilmember Schultz to <br />approve the resolutions as presented, with the Administrative Committee of the Council <br />to review the issue whether more liquor licenses are needed for the City. <br />6 Ayes; Nays, none. <br /> <br /> Moved by Councilmember Moratzka, seconded by Councilmember Hicks to <br /> approve the Proposed Modification to the Downtown Redevelopment Area and Tax <br /> Increment Financing Plans as presented. <br />E,.
