Hastings, Minnesota June 23, 2003 The City Council of the City of Hastings, Minnesota met in a special meeting on Monday June 23, 2003 at 5:30 PM, in the Volunteer Room at the Hastings City Hall, 101 East 4th, Street, Hastings, Minnesota. Memberf; Present: Acting Mayor Paul Hicks, City Councilmembers Riveness, Moratzka, Schultz, Yandrasits Members Absl=~lt: Mayor Mike Werner, City Councilmember Hazlet Staff Members Present: Public Works Director, Tom Montgomery Assistant City Engineer, Nick Egger City Administrator, Dave Osberg Acting Mayor Hicks opened the special meeting for purposes of considering a contract award for the Riverwood and South Oaks Improvement Project; and a contract award for the Highway #61 and 10th Street Intersection Improvements.
