The property value of the existing home is $127,700. <br />The area homes were all constructed between 1856 and 1999 with a median year of <br />1918. The proposed house is new and would have been constructed in 2007. The <br />style of the proposed home is a plain rectangle more similar to the house to be replaced <br />rather than the surrounding homes. The size of the home is similar to the surrounding <br />homes at 1,549 Sq Ft. <br /> <br />Zoning Setbacks <br />The proposed placement of the home on the lot will meet all setback requirements of <br />the R-2 zoning district. This includes a provision allowing homes to be as close as 10' <br />from the front property line if existing homes in the area are within the same distance to <br />the front property line. <br /> <br />Building Permit Review <br />The Building Official is in the process of reviewing the house plans. The applicant will <br />be required to obtain a building permit before the house may be moved. At that time, a <br />certificate of survey must be submitted, and grading issues will be reviewed at that time <br />by the Engineering Department. <br />
