Return to Work of a Recovered Individual <br /> <br />Employees who have recovered form pandemic influenza will have developed <br />immunity to the pandemic influenza strain and re-infection is unlikely. Encourage <br />them to return to work as soon as they are healthy and no longer infectious. <br /> <br />XIII. HUMAN RESOURCE CONSIDERATIONS <br /> <br />At any time during a pandemic, a significant number of City employees may be <br />absent or unable to perform their normal duties. The City may implement <br />temporary policy changes as recommended by the City Administrator and <br />approved by the City Council.
