<br />HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS <br />APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LAWRENCE BUILDERS FOR A 30 UNIT <br />CONDOMINIUM BUILDING AND GARAGES LOCATED AT 875 BAHLS DRIVE, <br />HASTINGS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Council member <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lawrence Builders, owner of property located at 875 Bahls Drive have <br />requested approval to construct a 3 story, 30 unit condominium building and garages on property <br />legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, VALLEY MANOR 2ND ADDITION, Dakota County, <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 14, 2003, review was conducted before the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Hastings, as required by state law, city charter and city ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Site Plan subject <br />to the conditions of the attached resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HASTINGS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby approves the site plan request of Lawrence Builders to construct a <br />30 unit condominium building and garages subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Adherence to the Site Plan, Landscape Plan, and Architectural Elevations as presented to the <br />City Council on June 16, 2003. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />All disturbed areas on this property shall be stabilized with rooting vegetative cover to <br />eliminate erosion problems. <br /> <br />.~~- r <br />
