<br />The City of Hastings, Minnesota met in a regular meeting on Monday, November 16,
<br />1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 101 4th Street East, Hastings, Minnesota.

<br />Approval of Minutes
<br />Mayor Werner asked whether there were any corrections or additions to the regular
<br />meeting of November 2, 1998, Special Meeting on November 4, 1998 and Special Meeting on
<br />November 9, 1998 and hearing none, approved the minutes as presented.
<br />
<br />Council Items to Be Considered
<br />Moved by Councilmember Yandrasits, seconded by Councilmember Johnson, to
<br />add Resolution No. 11-13-98, Prohibiting Parking on the south side of 9th Street west of Pine
<br />Street as Item No. 10 to the consent agenda, add payment request for a total of$29,495.85 for
<br />the Hastings Civic Arena as Consent Item No. 11, and to add parking sign on East 3rd Street
<br />parking request as Item No.2 under Public Works Director.
