Webster, Finance Director; <br />and Shawn Moynihan, City Attorney <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Mayor Werner asked if there were any corrections or additions to the regular meeting of <br />November 16, 1998 and the special meeting of November 16, 1998 and hearing none, approved the <br />minutes as presented. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br />Moved by Councilmember Hicks, seconded by Councilmember Simacek, to approve the <br />consent agenda as presented. <br />1. Bike Storage \"\ <br />7 Ayes; Nays, None. <br /> <br />1999 Truth in Taxation Public Hearing <br />Mayor Mike Werner opened the 1999 Truth in Taxation Public Hearing at 7:03 p.m. and <br />asked Finance Director Lori Webster to present further information regarding the proposed 1999 <br />Budget and Tax Levy. Mr. Jerome Voight, 283 Tuttle Drive, Hastings, MN requested clarification <br />and further information from the City Council regarding the Truth in Taxation Statement. <br />
