<br />HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS <br />APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT AND FINAL PLAT OF SCHOOLHOUSE <br />SQUARE JRD ADDITION A RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION GENERALLY LOCATED <br />NORTHEAST OF 10m AND VERMILLION STREETS, HASTINGS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Council member <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Schoolhouse Partners has petitioned for preliminary plat and final plat approval <br />of SCHOOLHOUSE SQUARE 3RD ADDITION, a multiple family subdivision containing 57 units <br />on one lot of record, and two outlots for future development generally located northeast of 10th and <br />Vermillion Streets, legally described as Outlots A, B, and C, SCHOOLHOUSE SQUARE 2ND <br />ADDmON, Dakota County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 8, 2004, a public hearing was conducted before the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Hastings, as required by state law, city charter and city ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat <br />and Final Plat subject to the conditions contained herein. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF HASTINGS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby approves the preliminary plat and final plat of SCHOOLHOUSE <br />SQUARE 3RD ADDIDON subject to the following: <br /> <br />1. Cash in lieu of land in the amount of $125,400 (57 units x $2,200) shall be paid for park land <br />dedication prior to release of the final plat mylars for recording. <br />
