<br />, <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS <br />APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF WALLIN 11TH ADDITION CONSISTING OF <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY AND OUTLOTS LOCATED ALONG FUTURE FALLBROOKE <br />DRIVE BETWEEN GENERAL SIEBEN DRIVE AND GREYSTONE ROAD <br /> <br />Council member <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Wallin Limited Partnership. has petitioned for final plat approval ofW AlLlN <br />11 TH ADDmON to subdivide +/- 15.22 acres into two outlots and right-of-way. The property is <br />generally along future Fallbrooke Drive between General Sieben Drive, and Greystone Road; legally <br />described as Outlot I, W AU1N 10TH ADDmON, Dakota County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 8, 2002 The City Council approved the Preliminary Plat, and <br />Master Development Agreement of said property, subject to the conditions of the Staff <br />Memorandum to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 26, 2004, the Planning Commission of the City of Hastings <br />reviewed the Pinal Plat, as required by state law, city charter and city ordinance, and forwards to <br />the City Council a recommendation of approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HASTINGS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby approves the final plat of W AlLlN 11TH ADDITION subject to the <br />following condition: <br /> <br />1) Adherence to the Preliminary Plat and Master Development Agreement as approved by the <br />City Council on July 8, 2002. <br />
