Working with Richard Fischer Architects, we met with five <br />construction firms interested in bidding on the two proposed park shelters. <br /> <br />The park shelters are proposed to be placed in Wallin and Lions Parks. The bid opening <br />is scheduled to take place on Thursday, July 29 at 10:00 AM in the Parks and Recreation <br />Department's conference room. <br /> <br />Each park structure has a budget of $100,000. It is anticipated that we will be able to <br />construct the two buildings and make the necessary soil corrections within this amount. <br /> <br />CaUDen Action Reouested: <br />1) After review to accept the lowest bid from a contractor <br />2) Not to accept the bids as presented <br /> <br />REF: city council/memo of proposed park shelter bids <br />
