Listed below are the <br />top ten items that were ad- <br />dressed by the City Council and <br />Staff: <br /> <br />1. Develop a five-year <br />Capital Improvement, Financial, <br />and Personnel Plan; <br />2. Improve communica- <br />tions with the public, as well as <br />within City departments; <br />Establish a redevelopment program for the <br />City of Hastings; <br />Implement the City's Comprehensive Plan; <br />Discuss various options and recommend the <br />best options for a YMCA and the City's day- <br />time recreation opportunities; <br />Address water-related issues such as water <br />supply, water quality and conservation, water <br />billing, and wellhead safety & protection; <br />Implementation of the City's Park & Recre- <br />ation Comprehensive Plan; <br />Adopt a new Special Assessment Policy; <br />Continue to explore & make recommenda- <br />tions for the best economic development op- <br />tions for the City; <br />Determine the City's role in improvement <br />projects to be made on Highway 61, Highway <br />61 bridge, and Highway 316. <br /> <br />3 <br />6 <br />1 <br /> <br />Do you need to report a pothole?
