<br />HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02- -05 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS APPROVING <br />THE SITE PLAN OF DR HORTON TO CONSTRUCT TOWN HOMES AT GLENDALE <br />HEIGHTS 3RD ADDITION, HASTINGS, MN <br /> <br />Council member <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br /> <br />WHEREAS, DR Horton has petitioned for approval to construct 171 townhomes <br />on property legally described as Lots 2-40, Block 2, Lots 2-45 and 47-56, Block 3, and <br />Lots 2-9 Block 4, GLENDALE HEIGHTS 3RD ADDITION, Dakota County, Minnesota; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 24, 2005, a review was conducted before the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Hastings, as required by state law, city charter and city <br />ordinance; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF HASTINGS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby approves the site plan request of DR Horton as presented <br />to the City Council subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) All disturbed areas on this property shall be stabilized with rooting vegetative <br />cover to eliminate erosion problems. <br /> <br />2) Applicant agrees to reimburse the City for any fees incurred in review of the <br />development. <br /> <br />3) An escrow account must be established for all uncompleted site items (including <br />landscaping) prior to certificate of occupancy. <br /> <br />4) All landscaped areas must be irrigated. <br />
