Page 4 August 3, 1992 <br />11. The developer shall provide an erosion and <br />sedimentation control plan which shall require <br />approval by the Public Works Division. This <br />plan shall include, but is not limited to, the <br />following: <br />Seeding and mulching specifications shall <br />be included on the plans. If the site is <br />to be disturbed again within 2 years of <br />final grading, the developer shall provide <br />temporary seedingo Recommended temporary <br />seed mix for this site would be 10 pounds <br />of Perennial RT ecrass per acres, at a 1/2 <br />inch depth, fertilized at a rate of 100 <br />pounds per acre of 2- -0 or equivalent. <br />If the site will not be disturbed within <br />2 years, the developer shall utilize the <br />following permanent seed Mixture <br />Species Tate lbs /ac <br />Smooth Bromegrass 1 <br />Tall Fescue 10 <br />Alfalfa or Birdsfoot Trefoil <br />The developer ishall use a fertilizer rate <br />of 400 lbs of 13-20-20 per acre or <br />equivalent, The developer shall also <br />provide seeding and mulching to be <br />accomplished within 14 days of completion <br />of grading. <br />The developer shall indicate on the plan <br />that the catch basin inlets shall be <br />protected by silt fencing until the streets <br />are paved. <br />The developer shall protect the two drainage <br />swales to be constructed on the north and <br />south boundary of the site with have bale <br />barriers until the area is revegetated. <br />To assist with revegetation of the slopes <br />on the west and south portion of the site, <br />the developer shall exercise either one <br />of the following two options <br />1 the use of erosion control matting such <br />as excelsior blanket, or 2 application <br />of 4 11 to topsoil from a source containing <br />significant - amounts of clay or organic matter. <br />The developer shall maintain a regular schedule <br />of street sweeping be practiced during the <br />time of construction of this addition. <br />12. The developer shall provide a copy of special <br />covenants whereby the subdivider proposes to regulate <br />land use in the subdivision and otherwise protect <br />the proposed development. <br />13, All future plats within the F i rerwood area shall be <br />consistent with the preliminary plat dated June 18, <br />1992 /July 1, 1992. <br />14. All future plats shall contain information including, <br />but not limited to, easement locations, width and <br />purpose as well as lot layout including size of each <br />lot in square feet, lot lines, lot numbers and block <br />numbers,, <br />15. The developer understands and agrees that complete <br />preliminary and final plat information required <br />pursuant to Chapter 11 of the city Code shall be <br />provided for ou.tlots A, B, C and D as indicated on <br />the preliminary plat, grading and utility plan <br />prepared by Delmar H. Schwanz and dated June 1, <br />1992 /July 10, 19920 <br />1.
