Many of the changes proposed are to reflect typical decisions that the HPC has made <br />consistently in the past. Some were a result of comments from citizens regarding decisions the <br />HPC has made. Finally, some of the guidelines are just being clarified. The proposed <br />amendments are attached. <br />
