A. \^Jhen land use districts or uses adopted in Chapter 10 (Zoning Ordinance), as they apply to shorel3nd 3re3S, 3nd their deline3ted boundaries on the Offici31 Zoning Map, are not consistent with the land use district or uses specified in Section 4.22 herein 3nd!or the Shorebnds M3p, the more restrictive shall apply. These inconsistent I3nd use district designations may continue until revisions are proposed to change either the I3nd use district designation within an existing I3nd use district boundary sho'lm on the Official Zoning Map or to modify the boundal)' of an existing land use district shown on the Official Zoning Map.
