The activities may include watercraft launching, loading, <br />storage, beaching, mooring, or docking. They must also include other outdoor <br />recreational activities that do not significantly conflict with general public use of <br />the public water or the enjoyment of normal property rights by adjacent property <br />owners. Examples of the nonsignificant conflict activities include swimming, <br />sunbathing, or picnicking. The covenants must limit the total number of vehicles <br />allowed to be parked and the total number of watercraft allowed to be <br />continuously moored, docked, or stored over water, and must require <br />centralization of all common facilities and activities in the most suitable locations <br />on the lot to minimize topographic and vegetation alterations. They must also <br />require all parking areas, storage buildings, and other facilities to be screened by <br />vegetation or topography as much as practical from view from the public water, <br />assuming summer, leaf-on conditions. <br /> <br />D. Multiple Family Developments. Multiple family residential developments that <br />contain five (5) or more dwellinq units per buildinq or lot shall be allowed per special <br />use permit. <br /> <br />1.5 Substandard Lots of Record. Any lot of record filed in the office of the County <br />Reqister of Deeds on or before June 16. 1994 that does not meet the lot area and\or lot <br />width standards of this Ordinance may be allowed as a buildinq site provided that: <br /> <br />a) The lot meets all the standards of the underlyinq zoninq district. <br /> <br />b) The lot has been in separate ownership from abuttinq lands at all times since <br />it became substandard. <br /> <br />c) All setback. impervious surface. and dimensional requirements of this section <br />are complied with. <br /> <br />Subd.2. <br /> <br />Placement.
