<br />The City Council of the City of Hastings, Minnesota mat in a regular
<br />rreeting on MJnday, July 20, 1981 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of
<br />the City Hall.

<br />rreeting of July 6, 1981 and hearing none, deylared the minutes approved as

<br />received by the City.
