WELL ABANDONMENT - Moved by Councilman Werner, seconded by Councilman VET'S HOME Nesbitt to permanently abandon an existing well located within C Building #12 on City property at the Vet's Home. It shall be disconnected from the water system and the hole filled to pre- vent contaminated materials from entering the water burying ground formations.
