<br />1) Parking stalls must be delineated and striped to meet minimum <br />requirements. Based on a 2200 square foot building, 11 spaces are <br />required. A plan for the location of the spaces must be submitted and <br />approved by the Planning Director prior to opening for business. <br /> <br />2) A trash and recycling enclosure must be constructed if trash will not be <br />handled within the building. The enclosure must be enclosed on all four <br />sides, and be constructed with materials to match the primary building <br /> <br />3) That a hazardous waste generators license be obtained from Dakota <br />County. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Hastings Building Department be contacted for a safety <br />inspection on site. <br /> <br />5) Parking may not occur within the grassy fenced area at the rear of the <br />property. Parking is only permitted on hard surfaced areas. <br /> <br />6) Vehicles not in operable condition may not be stored outside. <br /> <br />7) Approval is subject to an annual review of conformance to the provisions <br />of the special use permit. <br /> <br />8) Approval is subject to a one year Sunset Clause; if significant progress is <br />not made towards construction of the proposal within one year of City <br />Council approval, the approval is null and void. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution shall be filed <br />with the Dakota County Recorder's Office by the Hastings City Clerk. <br /> <br />Council member moved a second to this <br />resolution and upon being put to a vote it was unanimously adopted by all <br />Council Members present. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Nays: <br />Absent: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael D.
