<br />sprinkling conservation program was now in effect.

<br />The City Council will consider appointment to the

<br />Kramer that Daryl Plath, Chief of Police, be authorized individual

<br />man Fischer to table the 3.2 Beer License under consideration
<br />until the City Attorney can clarify the liability requirements

<br />man Kramer to pass the second reading of the Anti-Littering
<br />Ordinance and adding Paragraph, Sub. 9, to prohibit placing re-

<br />refuse in receptacles owned by others. A copy of this Ordinance
