<br />until the City Attorney can clarify the liability requirements

<br />man Kramer to pass the second reading of the Anti-Littering
<br />Ordinance and adding Paragraph, Sub. 9, to prohibit placing re-

<br />refuse in receptacles owned by others. A copy of this Ordinance
