5. The developer shall pay $4,860.00 interceptor sewer fees. This fee is for the 2.73 acre OUTLOT C <br /> (County Crossroads Center Addition) that is now being platted. The fee is based on 6 interceptor units <br /> per acre of developable land. Sewer Interceptor fees will be required from Outlot B when it is platted, <br /> prior to City release of final plat hardshells. <br />6. That the developer shall work with the City to create a four way intersection at the HWY 61 Access. <br /> This will be agreed to upon in the development agreement. <br />8. That the Developer shall be required to replat outlots before they may be developed. <br />9. That the Developer shall be required to submit site plans for any proposed new development on <br /> vacant lots. <br />10. That the Developer shall enter into a Development Agreement with the City to memorialize <br /> conditions of final plat and site plan approval and that the executed Agreement shall be recorded <br /> against the subject property prior to issuance of a grading permits. <br /> <br />Upon vote taken, Ayes, 5; Nays, 0.
