Factors which are most influential in the decision- <br />making process include: <br />=> Cleanliness of the facility (88% major influence) <br />=> Safety in the YMCA building (78%) <br />=> Safety in the area where the YMCA is located (69%) <br />=> Types of programming offered (68%) <br /> <br />. Of lesser importance to respondents is the availability of childcare and transportation to the <br />facility; more than half of the respondents indicated these factors were not an influence in <br />their decision to join. <br /> <br />.
