approval to the Hastings City Council of the Hastings Housing Coalition Preliminary Plat <br />subject to the following recommendations: <br /> <br />Modification of the proposed utilities plan and driveway/parking area design to conform <br />with recommendation of Public Works Director Montgomery. <br /> <br />Review and modification of the utilities plan (hydrant locations) and layout of the <br />driveway/parking area to conform with recommendations of City Fire Marshall, Mark <br />Holmes. <br /> <br />3. Consideration of the NRRC and City to waive park dedication requirements for the plat. <br /> <br />Recognition of the Hastings Housing Coalition preliminary plat as a Planned <br />Residential Development Plan (PRD) to accept and authorize the proposed mix of <br />residential and office use to include two twinhomes (4 residential units), @2500 sq. ft. <br />of commercial office space, and up to 6 residential units of transitional housing. The <br />transitional housing shall generally be described as a form of congregate living with <br />common kitchen and living room areas shared by up to four two-bedroom suites. <br /> <br />Upon vote taken, Ayes, 5; Nays, 0. <br /> <br />Adjournment: <br /> <br />Commissioner Bolesworth moved and Commissioner Donndelinger made a second to adjourn <br />the meeting at 8:20 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
