Council discussion on fact that Council already made decision on this <br />request and discussion should wait until July 15 to discuss further, <br />suggested to have Finance Committee review with budget process, <br />clarification on who gets the fee waiver and in which year the $86,000 <br />revenue loss would be incurred, and future projections of State economy <br />by Minnesota Management and Budget. <br /> <br />Councilmember Lund made an amendment to waive the ½ of the total <br />on-sale liquor license fees that were due on July 15, seconded by <br />Councilmember Braucks. <br /> <br />Roll call vote on amendment <br />7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />Roll call vote on main motion as amended <br />7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />– <br />Request #5 was discussed planters in downtown area. <br /> <br />Councilmember Vaughan made a motion to have the City plant and <br />maintain all the planters in the downtown area, seconded by <br />Councilmember Folch. <br /> <br />Administrator Wietecha noted the City does not have adequate funds <br />budgeted for this.
