HASTINGS PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Meeting of August 24, 1992 <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Hastings Planning Commission was called to order by <br />Commissioner Reinardy at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Anderson, Bateman, Mesaros and Reinardy <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Bolesworth and Featherstone <br /> <br />Staff Present: City Planner Czech <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Reinardy called for additions or corrections to the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of August 24, 1992. There being no <br />additions or corrections the minutes were approved. <br /> <br />FINAL PLAT/ <br />SITE PLAN- <br />SUNNY ACRES <br /> <br />Czech reviewed staffs August 13, 1992,memorandum to the Planning <br />Commission relating to a request by Don Gustafson of Dakota Realty <br />for approval of a final plat called Sunny Acres 6 and a site plan for <br />six 4-unit townhomes. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bateman moved, Commissioner Mesaros made a <br />second, to approve the final plat for Sunny Acres 6 subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />That the final plat hardshells include a 10 foot wide drainage <br />and utility easement along the east property line of Lots 5, 14, <br />and 23, Block 1, Sunny Acres 6. <br /> <br />The Developer shall pay $3,600.00 in interceptor sewer <br />charges prior to the City signing any final plat. <br /> <br />Upon vote taken, Ayes, 4; Nays 0. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bateman moved, Commissioner Anderson made a <br />second, to approve the site plan for six 4-unit townhomes within <br />Sunny Acres 6 subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That the construction of the townhomes and related site plan <br />improvements shall be completed as per the approved site <br />plan. Occupancy of the townhome units shall not take place <br />until all site plan related improvements have been completed. <br />In the alternative, occupancy of the units may be permitted if <br />the developer provides to the city, as per city code <br />requirements, a cash escrow in the amount equal to 125% of <br />the cost of the site improvements remaining to be completed. <br /> <br />!
