Provide for the Negotiated Sale of $3,665,000 of General Obligation <br />Resolution No. 08-02-20 <br />Improvement Bonds, Series 2020A, <br />Jessica Green, Northland Securitas, discussed what the $3,665,000 General <br />Obligation Improvement Bonds will be used for and the rating and sale of the <br />bonds. <br /> <br />Balsanek, Vaughan to approve as presented. <br />Roll call vote: Ayes 7, Nays 0 <br /> <br />2.
