He detailed that staff <br /> recommended water rates increase 3.5%, sewer rates increase 1% and the Storm Water fee increases 4% and <br /> how this revenue is expected to be spent.The proposed utility rate increases are included in the 2021 budget <br /> and will be effective with the January 2021 billing. <br /> Mayor Fasbender opened the public hearing at 7:51 p.m. Hearing no comments,she closed the public <br /> hearing at 7:52 p.m. <br /> Councilmember Folch motioned to approve as presented, seconded by Councilmember Leifeld.Roll <br /> Call: Ayes 7;Nays 0. <br /> Resolution No. 12-14-20: Adopt 2040 Comprehensive Plan <br /> Hinzman detailed the 2040 Comprehensive Plan and the recommended Metropolitan Council <br /> amendments.
