DETERMINATION OF QUORUM <br /> Mayor Fasbender, Councilmembers Braucks, Folch, Fox, Leifeld, Lund and <br /> Vaughan <br /> Staff Present: <br /> City Administrator Dan Wietecha <br /> City Attorney Korine Land <br /> City Clerk Erica Henderson <br /> City Engineer Ryan Stempski <br /> Community Development Director John Hinzman <br /> Police Chief Bryan Schafer <br /> Public Works Director Nick Egger <br /> Presentation: Hastings Prescott Area Arts Council(HPAAC) <br /> Kathy O'Keefe, Scott Northard and Brian Nosan, HPAAC, updated the Council of <br /> various HPAAC projects and activities and asked the Council to amend the 2040 <br /> Comprehensive Plan to include arts. <br /> Council discussion of support for HPAAC and thanked them for their efforts, the <br /> possibility of adding arts to the 204 Comprehensive Plan and to discuss further at a <br /> workshop. <br /> V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Approve Minutes of the Regular City Council meeting on March 1,2021. <br /> Minutes were approved as presented. <br /> VI. COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br /> Comments from the audience may include remarks about items listed on the Consent Agenda. <br /> Mayor Fasbender stated comments received have been distributed to all <br /> councilmembers and are acknowledged. <br /> Tom Day, slip owner at Hubs Marina, spoke in favor of the no wake zone. <br /> Matthew Francis, 817 V Street, supported the no wake zone. <br /> VII. COUNCIL ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED <br /> VIII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> The items on the Consent Agenda are items of routine nature or no perceived controversy to be <br /> acted upon by the City Council in a single motion.
