Roll <br /> Call: Ayes 6;Nays 0. <br /> Resolution No.06-24-21: Site Plan-Quality One Woodwork Expansion(3005 Millard Ave) <br /> Hinzman discussed the proposed site plan to expand Quality One Woodwork's building and <br /> summarized that Council previously approved the transfer of two properties needed for the expansion. The <br /> Planning Commission unanimously voted to recommend approval. <br /> Council discussed the effects the easement may have on the adjacent City owned proper if it were to <br /> be sold and built on. <br /> Councilmember Folch motioned to approve as presented, seconded by Councilmember Fox.Roll Call: <br /> Ayes 6;Nays 0. <br /> Resolution No.06-25-21: Special Use Permit-Climate Controlled Storage-Rymer(275 33`l St W) <br /> Hinzman discussed the special use permit application, summarized the ordinance amendment history <br /> allowing climate controlled storage within City limits and received public comment.
