Resolution No.09-12-21: Site Plan-Construction of Mini Storage Buildings <br /> Fortney explained the SUP and site plan for a mini-storage facility at 2699 Commerce Drive. The Planning <br /> Commission all voted to recotnmend approval. He explained the applicant's recent request to modify the site <br /> plan,that Council was forwarded an updated memo and why this request was not reviewed by the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Council discussed why a special use permit was needed. <br /> Councilmember Folch motioned to approve as presented, seconded by Councilmember Fox.
