PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br /> APRIL Z6, 1976 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:32 P.M. by Chairman Glennie. <br /> <br />Members Present: Linde, Peterson, Kramer, Stoffel, Lard% Stark, <br /> Fischer, Glennie, and Walker <br /> <br />Commissioner Latch indicated that it was Commissioner <br />Linde that seconded the motion on the Polka Dot matter <br />at the April 12th Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Fischer, seconded by Commissioner <br />l{ramer to approve the April 12th Minutes as amended. <br />8 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Fischer, seconded by <br />Commissioner Iiramer to approve the Burns and <br />Enstad site plan for an office building addition subject <br />to requiring screen of both the old and new roof <br />top mechanical equipment and temporarily waive <br />any additional parking than is currently shown on the <br />site plan (59 stalls) until some future date when the <br />City feels that it is necessary. The petitioner <br />will have to maintain an undeveloped area until <br />the need for additional parking has been established. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN REVIEW <br />BURNS AND ENSTAD <br />1250 HWY. 55 <br /> <br />Commissioner Kramer withdrew his second and <br />Commissioner Fischer the motion. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Fischer, seconded by <br />Commissioner Kramer to approve the site plan <br />subject to screening of any new roof top mechanical <br />equipment and temporarily waive any additional <br />parking than is currently shown on the site plan <br />(59 stalls) until some future date when the City feels <br />that it is necessary.
