Hearing no public comments,the public <br /> hearing was closed at 7:09 p.m. <br /> Resolution No.2-11-2000-Street Vacation-Locust Street <br /> Moved by Councilmember Yandrasits, seconded by Councilmember Johnson,to <br /> approve Resolution No. 2-11-2000 authorizing the street vacation on Locust Street. <br /> 6 Ayes;Nays,None. Copy of resolution on file. <br /> Vermillion River Watershed Organization <br /> Public Works Director Tom Montgomery stated that the Planning Commission is <br /> recommending that the City Council support the Joint Powers Agreement and stay with <br /> the existing funding formula of 50%land area and 50%tax capacity within the <br /> VRWMO. The committee also suggested that Harold Christenson,the City's VRWMO <br /> representative,periodically submit a report to the Council updating them on the status of <br /> VRWMO activities. <br />
