R011; Commissioners Thorsen, Anderson and Coutu present, Fuchs, Schnirring and Smith absent. Due to lack of a quorum, those present agreed to interview the applicants for eommission appointment that were present and carry over all other business to the July meeting. 2. ItPC Membership. Three applicants were present, Mark Simacek, Sandra Weinberg and Virginia Cooper. There were two vacancies in that Mr. Fuchs' term has expired and he does not wish to be reappointed. The Commissioners explained the duties and procedures of the HPC to the applicants, answered questions, and then interviewed each privately. Ms. Anderson moved and Mr. Thorsen seconded to recommend Mark Simacek and Sandra Weinberg to the Mayor for appointment to thank Ms. Cooper and Ms. Tropple for their interest; motion carried, 3-0. 3. Adjournment, Mr. Thorsen moved and Ms. Anderson moved adjourment. Motion carried.
