Recommended City Council Action:
Approve the attached resolution, approving a temporary liquor license and a raffle for St.
Elizabeth Ann Seton School. Request to be effective on April 24, 2009.
Background:
If Council should approve this application, the attached resolution will be sent to the
Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division showing the City’s approval.

RESOLUTION NO. 02- -09
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION BY
ELIZABETH ANN SETON SCHOOL
FOR A TEMPORARY ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE AND RAFFLE
WHEREAS
, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton has presented an application to the City of Hastings for a
temporary one day on-sale liquor license and raffle for April 24, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 2035

15 Street West; and;
WHEREAS
, the Minnesota Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division requires a resolution be
passed to approve the request; and
WHEREAS
, an application for a temporary on-sale liquor license and raffle has been presented; and
WHEREAS
, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton has paid the required fees of $20.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
by the City Council of the City of Hastings that the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign this resolution and forward to the appropriate agency, showing
the approval of this application.
