Background Information : Twice annually, City staff reviews the comprehensive fee schedule of what is charged for licenses, services, permits, rentals, inspections, and other city services. Previous Council actions adjusting fees (WAC, SAC, etc.) are incorporated into the next ordinance update, and staff reviews whether any adjustments to current fees are recommended. The Council first adopted the fee schedule in January 2008 and adopted an updated schedule in January 2009. Proposed Fee Adjustments : Item Current Fee Proposed Fee Justification Filming Permit Not included in current $150/day Staff has updated this permit and is fee ordinance $50 application recommending the same fees that fee were adopted when this permit application was last reviewed in the late 1990’s. Dog License $6-Neutered (1 year) $12-Neutered (2 Earlier this year, the dog license $10-Non (1 year) years) fee was extended from one to two $20-Non (2 years in length. The fee remains years) the same per year but is charged at time of application.
