Regular Meeting

Vice Chair Zeyen called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.
Roll Call

Commissioners Present: Bullington, Zeyen, Stevens, McInnis
Commissioners Absent: Schmitt, Vaughn, Peine
Staff Present: Planning Director Hinzman
Approval of Minutes
2. –April 13, 2009
Motion by Commissioner Bullington to approve the April 13, 2009, meeting minutes as
presented. Seconded by Commissioner Stevens.
Upon vote taken, Ayes 4, Nays 0. Motion carried.

3. – Original Hastings Design Standards Review #2009-11 – Garage – 316 4
Street W.
Planning Director Hinzman provided the staff report.
Chair Zeyen opened the floor to questions; no one from the public was present.
Motion by Commissioner McInnis to recommend approval of the Original Hastings Design
Review #2009-11 to the City Council with the four recommendations of the staff report.
Seconded by Commissioner Stevens.
Upon vote taken, Ayes 4, Nays 0. Motion carried.
OTHER ACTIONS
Other Business

Planning Director Hinzman updated the Commission on past City Council and HEDRA
actions, informed them of upcoming items, and relayed the progress of the bridge planning
process.

Motion by Stevens to adjourn the May 11, 2009 Planning Commission meeting. Seconded by
Bullington.
Upon vote taken, Ayes 4, Nays 0. Motion carried.
