Enclosed is an agreement between MnDOT, Dakota County and the City to cost share in the signal replacement. Although the City does not have a local street as one of the legs of this intersection, Dakota County's cost sharing policy requires the City to contribute 50 % of the CR 47 cost. The City's cost is $32,~88.8o and is proposed to be funded out of our Municipal State Aid funds for transportation.
