For the involvement of the Hastings Art Club in this event, I am seeking authorization from the City Council to make a contribution to the art club in the amount of $100 for the material costs they accrued. This contribution will come out of the funds that the community donated for the Halloween Party. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you! WHEREAS, The City Council is appreciative of the efforts of the Hastings High School Art Club and commends them for their civic efforts. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hastings, Minnesota; 1. That a contribution in the amount of $100.00 will be given to the Hastings High School Art Department; and 2.
