Members present: Councilperson Trautmann, Werner, Bond, Riveness, Kulzer and Mayor Stoffel. Members absent: None. Moved by Councilperson Kulzer and seconded by Councilperson Bond to approve the following nominees to the Hastings Charter Commission to fill existing vacancies. The nominees and their terms of office are as follows: (1) Richard Lee replacing Chuck Caturia whose term of office expires on November 30, 1987. (2) Agnes Kobierowski replacing Sharon Avent whose term of office expires on November 30, 1987. (3) Richard Law replacing Marie Bolden whose term of office expires November 30, 1989. Upon being put to a vote the following councilpersons voted in favor*of said resolution, Stoffel, Bond, Kulzer, Riveness. The following councilpersons voted in opposition to said resolution, Trautmann and Werner. Whereupon the Mayor declared the same to be duly passed. Once I receive them, I will file them with the Clerk of District Court as required by law.
