Please remember that you will not be automatically enrolled in the plan for 2005 if you were enrolled in 2004. Floating Holidays and Police Holiday Hours Please remember to use your 2004 Floating Holidays and Police Holiday hours before year-end, or they are lost. Therefore, the deductions taken in December will be for coverage in January and will thus reflect the 2005 health insurance premium rates. In 2005, rates will increase 15%.
