Remove from Table—Authorize Purchase of 11th Street Right of Way Item was removed from the table Significant discussion on whether to include the section in dispute in the 2011 project and what the City’s role in resolving the property dispute Alongi, Balsanek to remove the property in dispute (east portion) from the 2011 project, continue to include the west portion in the project, and allow parties to continue to negotiate Roll call vote was taken 4-3; Councilmembers Hollenbeck, Schultz, and Mayor Hicks voting against B.
