Applications will be needed to fill the v~cancies. Mr. Neujahr's term Is the balance of 1971 and Mr. Bauer% term is the bal~ce off 1971 and 1972. It was moved by Mr. Itallberg, seconded by Mrs. Linde, to approach the School Board about a workable program to involve the youth of the senior high classes (one from each class) to serve as ex-officio members of the Planning Commiss;.on. Home Occupatlons - No report South Hastings Zoning Review - No report It was moved by Mr. Hallberg, seconded by Mr. Wilson, to set the public hearings on the Comprehensive Plan for Hovember 3rd and November 10th. Motion to adjourn ' Ayes, all. 100 SlBLEY STREET, HASTINGS, MINNESOTA 55033 Phone 437-6921 OFFICE Of CITY ENGINEER MINUTES OF HASTINGS PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 1971 The first item of discussion was the Larry Yanz 5' x 6' addition to the back of the Bierstube. He ',vas asked to present his proposal to the City Council at the next regular meeting. It was a reduced nonconformity over what he had proposed originally as an extension to the building to the west. There will be an informal hearing at the next Planning Commission Meeting on September 27, 1971. He is asked to make his proposal to the City Council on October 4th. The City Council will then set a formal hearing. This was turned over to a committee of Mr. Sieckert, Mr. Trautmann and Mr. Hallberg for study.
