Major street and streetscape <br />renovations included the widening of Eddy Street from f32 feet to 36 feet between 2nd <br />Street and 5`~' Street, the addition of sidewalk to Eddy Street between 2nd Street and 5`h <br />Street, the narrowing of State Street from 40 feet to 36 feet, the construction of a cul-de- <br />on the far west end of 3rd Street, and the addition of street fighting along Eddy Street. <br />ASSESSMENT RATE: $60.30/FF for properties not previously having curb and gutter <br />$30.15/FF for properties that previously had curb and gutter <br />These rates are uuchanged from the April 2006 Feasibility Report <br />ASSESSMENT ISSUES <br />There is a pocket of lots that obtain access to 3rd Street through a common driveway just <br />to the west of Maple Street.
