Major street and streetscape renovations included the widening of Eddy Street from f32 feet to 36 feet between 2nd Street and 5`~' Street, the addition of sidewalk to Eddy Street between 2nd Street and 5`h Street, the narrowing of State Street from 40 feet to 36 feet, the construction of a cul-de- on the far west end of 3rd Street, and the addition of street fighting along Eddy Street. ASSESSMENT RATE: $60.30/FF for properties not previously having curb and gutter $30.15/FF for properties that previously had curb and gutter These rates are uuchanged from the April 2006 Feasibility Report ASSESSMENT ISSUES There is a pocket of lots that obtain access to 3rd Street through a common driveway just to the west of Maple Street.
