Proposed stop in Hastings May 7-May 9th in which they would ride
north
. Support vehicles with chow wagon would arrive in Hastings the
moming of May 7th
· This wagon train is requesting to utilize Mississippi Riverfront area just
to the west of the boat launch.
· The wagon train will need space for parking support vehicles, wagon
trains and to host a small blue grass band on an evening
. There is a need to supply water by the City if possible
. If approved, a request is needed for a variance to allow for overnight
camping in our park.
· The proposed rout is to come north on the east side of Hastings through
downtown and proceed west to the Mississippi River.

This group is seeking conceptual approval to continue to move forward. If
approved by the NRRC to proceed with this concept, this issue will be brought
before the City Council.

REF: wagon tmin I 2007
