n'P' .... ì- Hastings, Minnesota February 1, 1999 The City Council of the City of Hastings, Minnesota met in a regular meeting on Monday, February 1, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 101 4th Street East, Hastings, Minnesota. Members Present: Councilmember Yandrasits, Simacek, Johnson, Hicks, Moratzka and Mayor Werner were present. Members Absent: Councilmember Riveness Staff Members Present: Dave Osberg, City Administrator; Tom Montgomery, Public Works Director; Matt Weiland, Acting Community Director; Joyce P. Hottinger, Administrative Assistant/City Clerk; and Shawn Moynihan, City Attorney Approval of Minutes Mayor Werner asked if there were any corrections or additions to the regular meeting of January 19, 1999, and hearing none, approved the minutes as presented. r Consent Agenda Moved by Councilmember Hicks, seconded by Councilmember Simacek, to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. 1. Accept proposal, SEH, Traffic Signal Justification Report and Design, General Sieben Drive and Highway 55 Accept proposal, SEH, New High School Area Traffic Study Fund Transfers-1998 and 1999 Budget Adjustments - 1998 and 1999 Liquor License Amendment and Dance License request for July 17, 1999 from Papa Charrito's 9.
