MnDOT #316 Easement Request <br /> <br />Youth Recycling Program <br /> <br />Park and Recreation Director Marty McNamara and Randy Triplett from Waste <br />Management introduced the most recent youth group involved in the youth recycling <br />program, Hastings Town and Country 4H and presented their check. In addition, the <br />MOM'S Club representatives were introduced as the next group who will be involved in <br />the recycling program. <br /> <br />Riveñront Reforestation Program <br /> <br />City Forester Kevin Smith introduced Tom lewanksi from the Friends of the <br />Mississippi and Joe Beattie from the Hastings High School, who both presented <br />information on the Mississippi Riverfront Reforestation program. <br />
