<br />HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS <br />APPROVING THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT AND SITE PLAN OF SCHOOLHOUSE <br />PARTNERS TO CONSTRUCT A 57 UNIT CONDOMINIUM BUILDING EXCEEDING <br />40 FEET IN HEIGHT IN THE R-5 ZONING DISTRICT ON LOT 1, BLOCK 1, <br />SCHOOLHOUSE SQUARE JRD ADDITION <br /> <br />Council member <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, Schoolhouse Partners, owner of the property to be legally described has <br />petitioned for the following approvals for property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, <br />SCHOOLHOUSE SQUARE 3RD ADDmON, Dakota County, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1) Special Use Permit to construct a multiple family dwelling exceeding 40 feet in height in the <br />R-5 Zoning District. <br /> <br />2) Site Plan Review to construct a 3-4 story, 57 unit condominium building. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 8,2004, review was conducted before the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Hastings, as required by state law, city charter and city ordinance; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HASTINGS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby approves the special use permit and site plan request as presented to <br />the City Council subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) City Council approval of the Preliminary Plat, Pinal Plat, and Special Use Permit for <br />building height pertaining to Schoolhouse Square 3rd Addition. <br />
