For voters in Wards 2 & <br />4, they were asked to vote for a Ward Councilmember position. On the <br />ballot in Ward 2 were Mike Simacek (i), Turney Hazlet, and Pat Handlson. <br />Campaigning for the Ward 4 Council position were Danna Elling Schultz, <br />Dick Bond, and Doug Riles. <br /> <br />The top two vote-getters in each ward will go on to the General Election, to <br />be held on Tuesday, November 7,2000.
