The district allows for multiple family residential structures. The majority of the site is open with little topographic <br />relief. <br /> <br />FINAL PLAT REVIEW <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat <br />Preliminary Plat approval was granted as part of South Oaks of Hastings 2nd Addition on <br />August 4, 2003. The Final Plat is consistent with the approved Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control Plan <br />The Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control plan has been reviewed by the BDM <br />Engineering, the City's consultant engineer. It appears minor issues remain before <br />approval. Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control plan approval must be obtained by the <br />Public Works Director as a condition of Plat approval. <br /> <br />Utilities <br />All public utilities within right-of-ways have been completed by the City as part of a public <br />irnprovement project. <br /> <br />Public land Dedication <br />The Natural Resources and Recreation Committee reviewed park dedication options with <br />the original South Oaks of Hastings plat and recommended the following: <br />
