'\) <br /> <br />The City will inspect streets in active development areas to ensure they are rree of dirt and <br />debris. <br /> <br />Street Sweeping Inspection Program <br /> <br />Street sweeping inspections will be done on Monday and Thursday and after significant rainfall <br />by the City's Erosion Control Inspector. If the inspector finds that street sweeping is necessary, <br />he will document the areas that need sweeping and determine which lots the dirt/debris is coming <br />ITom. The street sweeping will be done the following day and the lots ITom which material is <br />being tracked or washed onto the streets will be billed for the street sweeping. <br /> <br />Street Sweeping Billing and Fees <br /> <br />The Public Works Department will bill the building permit holder for the lots trom which the <br />dirt/debris originated. Fees must be paid prior to a certificate of Occupancy being issued for the <br />site. <br /> <br />Street sweeping fees are $85.00 per hour, per worker/piece of equipment. There is a one-hour <br />minimum charge for street sweeping. <br /> <br />14 <br />
